Privacy Statement
Your privacy is important to me and I value your trust.
This statement explains how I handle your personal information. If you would like a hard copy, please ask and I will provide you with one.
Any information that I collect is used solely for the purpose of providing you with the most appropriate Reiki treatment experience possible.
The kinds of information which may be collected include:
- Personal details such as name, address and date of birth.
- Contact details.
- Information you provide regarding health and wellbeing issues or concerns.
- Treatment history and notes regarding your experiences during or subsequent to a treatment.
- Appointment and billing information.
Usually, this information is collected directly from you. This may be through phone calls, emails, texts, face-to-face meetings and forms.
If you need to update any of your personal information, you can do this by phoning or emailing me. I will update your details as soon as I become aware of any changes.
Any information I hold will be maintained in secure paper-based or electronic files. If I no longer need your information, I will take steps to destroy or permanently de-identify any personal information after it is no longer useful.
I will never share, disclose or make accessible your personal information to any third party without your express consent. The only exception to this is where I am required to disclose information under Australian law, or a court / tribunal order.
You can request to see your information at any time.
In the very unlikely event that you have a concern about your privacy or the way I handle your personal information, please let me know and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
