I provide a deeply soothing and harmonizing healing experience in a serene, nurturing space located in Naremburn on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. As a Reiki practitioner, my approach is guided by a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom and its incredible potential for self-healing. Each session is intuitively tailored to support your unique journey toward balance, using the gentle flow of personal and Universal energy. In addition to traditional Reiki, I integrate sound therapy with Tibetan bowls to amplify the healing process. This powerful combination promotes deep relaxation, clears energy blockages, and restores harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional clarity, or a renewed sense of well-being, my integrative approach provides a safe, sacred space for healing and transformation.
My Journey
I was drawn to the practice of Reiki after a life-changing medical event several years ago. This experience provided me with a unique opportunity for introspection and self-discovery, setting me on a path of healing, clarity of meaning and purpose.
Following my initial Reiki studies and consistent daily self-practice, I experienced a radical shift in personal perspective which helps me live my life with more courage, more gratitude and more compassion. As a result, undertaking further Reiki study seemed a natural and essential progression.
I embody the Reiki principles in my everyday life, and practice self-Reiki daily.

My vision is to help you, as my client, feel better about yourself and assist you restore balance through self-care.
I have a deep yearning to continue my study of the system of Reiki so that ultimately I can teach others the practice of Reiki, empowering them to enjoy the benefits of this beautiful traditional therapy as and when they choose.
